Owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist, Karen Rucas & Associates provides the following IN-HOME services:

	Functional ability assessments
	Discharge planning
	Future care cost analyses
	Functional restoration programs
	Return to work programs
	On-site job analyses and ergonomic assessments
	Well known for our quality assessments and reports, professional ethics and knowledgeable and experienced staff, Karen Rucas & Associates currently serves many partners in the insurance/accident related industry. Our services are provided throughout Ontario

Successful candidates will be registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Auto sector experience is an asset.

Positions are available on a full-time and part-time basis.

As a qualified occupational therapist you will:

	work independently from home
	assess patient’s functional capabilities
	develop and implement treatment programs, and evaluate progress
	generate clinical and progress reports

In addition, you will have:

	computer skills (i.e. proficiency with Corel Wordperfect and/or Microsoft Word and electronic mail)
	valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
	excellent oral and written communication skills
	critical thinking and decision making skills
	efficient time management and organizational skills
	motivation and a drive for continuous learning
